Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable any 'Find My Phone' or activation locks before securely packaging the device.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the device upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
